This “tasting kit” in a box contains 10 and 20 chocolate pralines with five exquisite sweet truffle flavors: dark chocolate, white chocolate, pistachio, caramel and salt and cappuccino. Ideal to have a bit of each different flavor, these boxes can also be a tasty present!
Ingredients and allergens:
White: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, powdered whole milk, lactose, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), “Piedmont Hazelnut” 35%, sugar, wafer (wheat flour, sugar, anhydrous milk fat, lactose, milk protein, salt, malt extracts (barley), leavening agents: E500ii). It may contain traces of other shell fruits, peanuts and eggs.
Dark: couverture chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), Piedmont Hazelnut 35%, sugar, powdered cocoa. It may contain traces of other shell fruits, peanuts, milk, eggs and gluten.
Pistachio: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, powdered whole milk, lactose, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), pistachios 23%, sugar, wafer (wheat flour, sugar, anhydrous milk fat, lactose, milk protein, salt, malt extracts (barley), leavening agents: E500ii), salt from Guérande. It may contain other shell fruits, peanuts and eggs.
Caramel and Salt: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, powdered whole milk, lactose, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), almonds, sugar, couverture chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), crunchy caramel 6% (sugar, glucose syrup, reconstituted powdered whole milk, Isigny fresh cream (Crème d’Isigny PDO), Isigny salted butter (Beurre d’Isigny PDO), of which salt from Guérande (Sel de Guérade IGP) 1,2%, emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin), salt from Guérande (Sel de Guérade IGP) 0,3%, flavor. It may contain other shell fruit, peanuts, eggs and gluten.
Cappuccino: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, powdered whole milk, lactose, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), almonds, sugar, “100% Arabica blend” ground coffee 2%, cocoa grains. It may contain traces of other shell fruits, peanuts, eggs and gluten.
