Online Orders
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns. However, we are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days from when the item was received. Exchanges are only eligible for store credit and must meet the following requirements:
- Mailed back within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
*Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless there is a damage claim.

Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please send an email to info@joonshoppe.com and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please include pictures of the broken item and shipping box/bag.
